中頻熔煉爐安全操作
Safe operation of medium frequency smelting furnace
1、開爐前要檢查好電氣設備、水冷卻系統、感應器銅管等是否完好，否則禁止開爐。

2、爐膛熔損超過規定應及時修補。嚴禁在熔損過深坩堝內進行熔煉。

3、送電和開爐應有專人負責，送電后嚴禁接觸感應器和電纜。當班者不得擅自離開崗位，要注意感應器和坩堝外部情況。
3, transmission and start-up should be responsible, after power is strictly prohibited contact sensors and cables. The person on duty shall not leave the station without permission and shall pay attention to the external conditions of the inductor and the crucible.
4、裝料時，應檢查爐料內有無易燃易爆等有害物品混入，如有應及時除去，嚴禁冷料和濕料直接加入鋼液中，熔化液充滿至上部后嚴禁大塊料加入，以防結蓋。

5、補爐和搗制坩堝時嚴禁鐵屑、氧化鐵混雜，搗制坩堝必須密實。

6、澆注場地及爐前地坑應無障礙物，無積水，以防鋼水落地爆炸。

7、鋼水不允許盛裝得過滿，手抬包澆注時，二人應配合一致，走路應平穩，不準急走急停，澆注后余鋼要倒入指定地點，嚴禁亂倒。
7, the molten steel is not allowed for too full, hand ladle pouring, two people should be together, walking should be smooth, no moment stop, after pouring more than steel should be poured into the designated place, no littering.
8、中頻發電機房內應保持清潔，嚴禁易燃易爆物品和其它雜物帶進室內，室內禁止吸煙。
